TTI France has been managing its invoice sending through an external supplier until now, but has had to deal with numerous setbacks (lack of invoice tracking, unreliability, irregularities in the sending list of bhutan consumer email process, etc.). The company has decided to opt for a solution that can fully automate the sending of paper and electronic invoices to its customers, repair centres and intra-group companies.
“We had experienced a significant deterioration in the quality of our invoice deliveries, which was having a direct impact on our relationships with customers and partners. 180,000 invoices per year
With the help of Esker, TTI sends more than 180,000 invoices annually to its customers, repair centers and other company subsidiaries. Of these, 170,000 are sent in paper form by post to customers, 4,200 go to repair centers in electronic form and the remaining 10,000 go in electronic form to TTI subsidiaries.
