Alejandro Vesga has been at the helm of the magazine Emprendedores for over 25 years. In addition to being one of the most reliable and expert journalists in the field, we are talking about a leading authority in terms of entrepreneurial communication.
The Emprendedores magazine has been leading the way in reporting on current Spanish and international business news for over 25 years. During all these years, this communication project that started out as part of a conglomerate and has ended up being an SME, has been led by the same captain: Alejandro Vesga.
Talking to Alejandro is like standing in front of a museum of honduras phone number list entrepreneurial history, as there is no company (no matter how small or large) or entrepreneur that escapes him. For Holded Magazine it is a pleasure to be able to talk with an essential figure in information related to the business world.

In the more than 25 years that you have been reporting on the entrepreneurial world, what has changed and what hasn't?
I would say that practically everything has changed and that we are now in a new universe when it comes to entrepreneurship. Spanish entrepreneurs are now much more competitive than they have ever been. The approach to business is increasingly ambitious and at the same time the resources used to launch companies are increasingly limited. This is demonstrated by the fact that small companies are now becoming multinationals in a way that was previously impossible.

How would you define the entrepreneurial character?
I like to say that an entrepreneur is a dreamer with his feet firmly on the ground. He is capable of working very hard on his project and at the same time is flexible enough to modify it and pivot. On the other hand, I do not agree at all that the only recipe for successful entrepreneurship is to pursue your dream. There are many critical elements in entrepreneurial success.

Alejandro Vesga, CEO of Entrepreneurs.
What has surprised you the most, what has been the most unexpected thing about this whole Entrepreneurs journey?
I would say that when we started working at Emprendedores in 1997, the Internet was not yet a topic of conversation. Today, 27 years later, we see that the world has changed and that we have been able to continue being interesting for our readers and users.
