It's official: WhatsApp is finally launching WhatsApp Business , the business version of the world's most used instant messaging platform, available in web version and downloadable for now only on Android devices (no official release date yet for the iOS version). Italy is in fact among the 5 countries that will be the first to have the opportunity to experiment with it, together with the United States , the United Kingdom , Mexico and Indonesia .

The main purpose of the app is to help small and medium-sized businesses interact more easily with their customers , making communication faster and more direct , as well as more effective .
