The management and information systems consultancy continues its unstoppable evolution and its already long list of entities satisfied with its collaboration in the design of high-tech business software. This time it is IFC (Industrial Farmacéutica de Cantabria), a leading pharmaceutical company in the dermocosmetic products sector, with a turnover of more than 84 million euros and present in 50 countries.

IFC had the added burden of having to comply with all the legislative requirements of both the pharmaceutical industry and the countries in which they distribute their products. Their needs and demands were very high and they trusted Neteris to create a tool that would allow them to manage each and every one of the processes necessary for their commercial activity with complete diligence and functionality.

According to Juan Manuel Grajera, managing bahamas email address partner of the consultancy, the collaboration with Neteris had a very clear double objective. On the one hand, to provide the pharmaceutical company with a technological base to implement and monitor its business processes in an agile, simple way and at the lowest possible cost. And on the other hand, to implement a specific solution that would allow IFC to optimally manage all its SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and be in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

Neteris Consulting was deeply involved in the project from the beginning to create the tool requested by the client and ensure that its objectives were fully met. The consultancy firm considered several possibilities until it developed a highly-performing software based on “Oracle Webcenter Content” and “Portal Site Studio”.

The result is an application that allows the company to centralize all critical documentation while consolidating all business processes in a single environment. In this way, the pharmaceutical company has complete visibility of the status of its processes and users are automatically invited to interact when their intervention is required, giving them full or partial visibility depending on their level of responsibility and showing them all the tasks and people who depend on their work at that time. The effect of this exposure is a significant reduction in bottlenecks associated with processes, better and broader internal knowledge and a significant increase in productivity that ultimately results in a better relationship with all its stakeholders.
