Ho, Ho, Ho Merry Christmas!!!

Not everything is going to be work, strategy, stress, deadlines, KPIs, analytics, numbers and year-end closings.

As at the end of each year, many companies evaluate the achievement of their objectives, analyze the results and close the year. At the same time, they work hard to plan the following year and the set of actions that will be carried out to pursue and achieve the objectives.

It's time to outline Marketing Plans, digital, online, and Social Media israel phone number list strategies, blog publishing calendars , etc. Many of the departments meet physically for the first time this year due to the distances and, after arduous hours of presentations, analyses, proposals and defenses, come the Christmas Dinners, the Company Lunches and Secret Santa, yes; Secret Santa!!!. Once again the last-minute races to get a good-priced gift that is hilarious and that fits perfectly to the colleague we have drawn in the draw. Oh my God and the Dinner is tonight!!!

But it is also the time for Christmas greetings , Christmas cards , details, Christmas gifts and thank yous. That funny video with the whole team, that group photo, that email with sounds...

It's fun to think about what we'll do this year, how we'll surprise our clients and those we want them to be. It's time to be friendly and natural, to show our friendly and sympathetic side outside of negotiations, obligations and tense and long meetings. It's time to transform ourselves, enjoy some relaxed moments and participate in the contribution of ideas, photo sessions, sketches, drawings, costumes, etc. It's time to value a job for its atmosphere, for the complicity, for the illusion of doing something together, for the laughter, for the satisfaction of seeing an idea become reality and for the desire to know the result. How will it have turned out? Will our clients like it? Is it fun?

The atmosphere that exists in a company during these days is the same one that should remain throughout the year; like when you go to concerts or festivals and for days you don't take off your bracelet. It is the atmosphere of good vibes, of camaraderie, of motivation. A few days ago I was told this phrase: "the secret to having your clients satisfied is to have your internal clients happy and motivated." It is, without a doubt, the best plan and the best strategy.

Many times the market takes a turn and projects fall through, budgets are cut or actions do not turn out well because something in the planning has failed or an unexpected error has occurred. This always happens, but when these things happen, it is where the teams come out, where the "warriors" come out, where the individual "superpowers" add up and provide the definitive solution at the right time. We all have within us a definitive weapon, a laser-like gaze, a quick movement, a winning intuition to defend the rights and objectives of our clients and our own.
