How can companies and organizations ensure that the content of their annual reports is better read? Below I provide five tips, based on my own years of experience with writing annual reports and conversations with a number of other experts.
Companies that only publish a paper annual report have become extremely rare. But many companies phone number list still do something very similar: in a hidden place on their website they place a pdf of their annual report. Of course, that amounts to the same thing: a gray chunk of difficultly written information that most people don't even dare to start reading.
Select the relevant information
And so many interesting facts and trivia are lost. Extract that relevant information! And polish it up into gems. Make infographics, videos, banners, interviews with good photography! About the company's strategy, HR policy, sustainability and of course about the figures. And share those beautiful gems via as many channels as possible, social media first.
